9 DAY DISCOVERY OF ISRAEL CULTURE THROUGH YOUR TASTE-BUDS
Taste and See that The Lord is GOOD! Each day of the culinary expedition is meant to highlight certain elements and recipes of the Israeli food culture. Upon completion of the trip, each participant will receive a book of local ethnic recipes, some taught during workshops, others eaten in local restaurants, all of them waiting to be prepared at home after the trip. This trip can be made completely Kosher, Kosher optional, or not Kosher at all depending on your tradition. Bon Appetite!
Israeli cuisine is a unique fusion of cultures and religions, each bringing their distinctive flavors and specialties to Israel: the Arabs, Bedouins, Circassians, Druze, and Jews from the diaspora, all had a hand in making Israeli cuisine the delicious delicacy it is today. On your culinary tour, Israel becomes your playground as you experience exciting tastes and aromas while exploring the different cultures that came together to create them.
