Day 1

Arrival, reception, orientation & overnight in Jerusalem. Welcome to Israel!

Day 2

Ascending Mt. of Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem, we’ll pause to pray the ancient Pilgrim’s Prayer payed at this very spot by many who pilgrimed before us. Descending down the Kidrom Valley to Gethsemane, we’ll visit the ancient garden where Jesus prayed to His Father before His crucifixion and continue on to the Western Wall. Walking through the narrow alleyways of Old City Jerusalem we’ll continue to visit Mt. Zion, King David’s tomb and the site of the Last Supper

Day 3

Starting our day in Bethlehem, we’ll visit the famous shepherds’ fields & Church of the Nativity. Crossing the check point back into Jerusalem, our next stop will be the Israel Museum where we’ll be able to view the ancient manuscripts of the Dead Sea Scrolls, before continuing for a moving visit at Yad-Vashem, the Holocaust Memorial Museum.

Day 4

Driving south into the Judean desert, today we will visit both the Dead Sea & Masada. Floating upon the mineral rich waters of the Dead Sea is a popular activity for millions of visitors each year, and ascending Masada by cable car will take you back in time thousands of years to one of Israel’s most epic moments in her struggle for survival and freedom.

Day 5

Visiting Friends of Zion museum in Jerusalem this morning will be a walk through history, learning of Christian heroes who supported Zionism during recent centuries. Driving by Jericho, we will travel north through the Jordan Valley along the Jordan River to the Galilee and stop at the Yardenit Baptismal Site south from the Sea of Galilee for baptism for those interested.

Day 6

Our day will start with a Boat Ride across Seas of Galilee, enjoying the very sites and locations Jesus and His disciples visited so long ago. After our sailing adventure, we’ll explore the New Testament Villages of Magdala & Capernaum where so many miracles and parables took place, and ascend the Mt. of Beatitudes, the very location where Jesus taught the famous Sermon on the Mount.

Day 7

Driving west through the Galilee, we will visit Nazareth Village, the biblical recreation of ancient Nazareth whey Jesus grew up. Continuing to Mt. Carmel, we’ll enjoy the epic overview overseeing Armageddon and the Valley of Jezre’el, and conclude our day visiting the remarkable archeological site of biblical Caesarea, the Capital city of the Roman government in Judea

Day 8

Enjoy a morning walking tour of ancient Jaffa, the biblical city that the prophet Jonah sailed from and where the apostle Peter received his heavenly vision. Continuing to modern Tel-Aviv, we’ll explore the famous seaside promenade, abundant shopping, and pay a special visit to “Independence Hall” where the State of Israel was born in 1948. A final evening banquet, following which you’ll transfer to the airport for flight back home. See you next year.
