Tour Schedule

Day 1

PARIS

Arrival, welcome by our guide, transfer and accommodation.  Dinner.

Day 2

PARIS

After breakfast, we will enjoy a half-day panoramic city tour: Place de la Concorde, Avenue des Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower (external view), and Miraculous Medal Chapel. Free afternoon. Dinner.

Day 3

PARIS – LISIEUX – MONT-SAINT-MICHEL

After breakfast, departure to Lisieux. Visit to the house and the city where Saint Therese of the Child Jesus was born, Carmel Chapel, and the Basilica of Saint Therese. Then we will continue to Mont-Saint-Michel (St. Michael’s Mount) region. Arrival and accommodation. Dinner.

Day 4

MONT-SAINT-MICHEL – ROCAMADOUR

After breakfast, visit to the 8th century Benedictine monastery, the Chapel of Saint Aubert dating to the 15th century and the Church of Saint Pierre. Then, we will make our way to Rocamadour, the oldest of the Marian shrines in France, crossing wonderful fields and vineyards. Arrival and accommodation. Dinner.

Day 5

ROCAMADOUR – LOURDES

Breakfast and visit to the shrine built on the rock. We will take a tour through the wonderful medieval city. We will then drive to Lourdes. Arrival and accommodation. Dinner.

Day 6

LOURDES

Breakfast. Day dedicated to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. In the evening, option to participate in the Procession of the Candles. Dinner.

Day 7

LOURDES – AVIGNON

After breakfast, we will depart to Avignon, city of the popes, crossing the South of France. Visit to the Palace of the Popes and the famous Bridge of Avignon. Arrival and accommodation. Dinner.

Day 8

AVIGNON – LA SALETTE

Breakfast. Depart to La Salette, visit to the Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette, which is 1,800 meters high and where, in 1846, the Virgin appeared crying to the little shepherds asking for repentance, prayer and penance. Possibility of accommodation in the shrine. Dinner.

Day 9

LA SALETTE – LYON

Breakfast and departure to Lyon through the Alps. Panoramic city tour starting from the Esplanade of Fourvière. Then it is on to the splendid cathedral of the same name that dates back to 1872. Visit to Vieux Lyon, Renaissance-style district that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and to Saint Jean Cathedral, dating from the twelfth century. Accommodation and dinner.

Day 10

LYON – PARAY LE MONIAL – NEVERS

Breakfast. Depart to Paray Le Monial, a city famous for the propagation of the devotion of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. In 1675, Jesus appeared to the young religious St. Margaret Mary and taught “Behold this Heart, which has loved men so much…” Then we will continue to Nevers, located on the banks of the Luar River. In this city, we will visit Saint-Gildart Convent, resting place of the intact body of Saint Bernadette Soubirous, the seer of Lourdes. Accommodation and dinner.

Day 11

NEVERS – PARIS

After breakfast, visit to Nevers and then we will proceed to Paris. Arrival and accommodation. Dinner.

Day 12

PARIS

Breakfast. Free day to explore on your own. Dinner.
